Where they feel their insured client would benefit from the close involvement of a skilled and experienced ex-police officer Robertsons are able to provide a suitable resource to act as facilitators and where necessary, evidence gatherers in an endeavour to reunite the insured client with their stolen property and to act as the critical link between the police, the loss adjuster, the insurer and their client.

Experienced Investigators

Our experienced investigators are often able to identify lines of enquiry the police, often under-resourced and over-stretched, have not had the time to consider.

In a recent case this approach led to the recovery of £300,000 worth of stolen diamonds and the arrest of the culprit in Amsterdam. The thief was subsequently convicted as a result of the evidence obtained by Robertsons.

By working closely with the police, Robertsons Claim Facilitators are able to ensure all lines of enquiry are followed to a conclusion.
