We began instructing Robertson & Co in March 2012 on cases which were under investigation in our CV unit. In addition our personal injury large and complex loss unit have appointed them to carry out surveillance and intelligence gathering on subjects. We have now instructed for a wide range of investigation work the majority of which has been dealt with in their Organised Fraud Disruption Department. We have been impressed with the consistent quality of the work produced. All reports are extremely detailed & comprehensive. The administration has been excellent and I have been most impressed with the commitment to answering queries and tailoring work to an individual cases needs on an entirely ad hoc basis. They are unique to other investigation firms due to their in depth knowledge of the POCA and Police process and their offering of a "Disruption Service". For the above reasons they are our preferred provider.
Robertson's are our external fraud investigator and we are more than satisfied with the work they do for us. They impress by showing a dedication to fraud investigation and going that extra mile where needed. They are very forward thinking in terms of their fraud investigation and use of intelligence. Their Disruption product is an excellent example of their proactive approach to fraud investigation. They have deployed this approach on work they have done for us resulting in a total fraud saving of almost £ 40,000 so far across 3 claims. These savings have been solely attributed to the disruption and discouragement work, carried out with the Claims Management Company's. This tactic works so well that we regularly ask them if they can attend upon Claims Management Companies with a view to using this product to actively discourage them, more often than not are able to secure a withdrawal of the claim. This product delivers benefits & good results and it is a brilliant example of the way fraud should be tackled.
