IQ Level 4 Award Conversation Management

This unique, accredited Level 4 Award delivers the relevant knowledge, managerial skills and practical application required to conduct evidence gathering and information through Conversation Management. It is an invaluable, qualification for any Investigator or Investigation Manager and provides recognised learning of best practice involved in this significant method of investigation.

From many years of sector experience Robertson and Co's industry professionals have developed expertise and knowledge in this invaluable form interviewing and are in fact considered to be leading specialists across the industry. This accrued know-how is shared with attendees on this course.
